1 Display stock per location
Select a specification > the stock of this specification is displayed, filter per location (1) and date in stock (2).
You can see if the stock is reserved (3) and if yes, for whom (4) and on what ordernumber (5).
2 Print the stock of the specifications
You can select
• a branch
• A specification. If no specification is entered, the entire stock of the specifications will be on the print.
• Sort the list by specification number or alphabetically by pallet name.
• If you want to see the negative stocks quickly you can tick the box ' Only negative stocks'. Then only the negative stocks are in the list.
• To see the detail of the numbers shown, tick the box 'Show in detail'.
Explanation of the displayed data:
• Stock= number of pallets physically present in stock
• Res. = Stock that is reserved for a sales order. The reserved stock will never be more than the stock that is physically present in stock. Only what is really in stock can be reserved. If the stock to be reserved is higher then the physical stock production lines are created in the planning. These pallets to produce are displayed in the column 'Prod.' and 'VK Prod.'
• Prod. = The number of pallets that are planned to be produced.
• VK prod= The number of pallets planned to be produced that are already sold.
• Free = The number in stock - the reserved number= Physically free stock. If this stock is negative this is because the number in the column stock is negative too, if the number in stock - reserved stock is negative then the displayed number will be 0 here.
