Outlook Setup for Work Accounts on iPhone / iPad (iOS)
Overview
This guide explains how to set up your Microsoft 365 work email in the Outlook app on an iPhone or iPad.
Step 1 – Install Outlook
Open the App Store.
Search for Microsoft Outlook.
Tap Install.
Open the app once installation is complete.
Step 2 – Sign In with Your Work Account
Tap Add Account.
Enter your work email address (e.g., name@pgsgroup.com).
Tap Continue.
Enter your company password.
Complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) if prompted.
You may need to:
Approve a sign-in request in the Microsoft Authenticator app
Enter a verification code
Approve a push notification
Setup Complete
Once finished, you will have access to:
Email
Calendar
Contacts
Attachments
Troubleshooting
If setup fails:
Ensure your password is correct.
Complete MFA approval.
Restart the app and try again.
If the issue continues, contact your IT Helpdesk.
