Outlook Setup for Work Accounts on iPhone / iPad (iOS)

Overview

This guide explains how to set up your Microsoft 365 work email in the Outlook app on an iPhone or iPad.

Step 1 – Install Outlook

  1. Open the App Store.

  2. Search for Microsoft Outlook.

  3. Tap Install.

  4. Open the app once installation is complete.

Step 2 – Sign In with Your Work Account

  1. Tap Add Account.

  2. Enter your work email address (e.g., name@pgsgroup.com).

  3. Tap Continue.

  4. Enter your company password.

  5. Complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) if prompted.

You may need to:

  • Approve a sign-in request in the Microsoft Authenticator app

  • Enter a verification code

  • Approve a push notification

Setup Complete

Once finished, you will have access to:

  • Email

  • Calendar

  • Contacts

  • Attachments

Troubleshooting

If setup fails:

  • Ensure your password is correct.

  • Complete MFA approval.

  • Restart the app and try again.
