Outlook Setup for Work Accounts on Android
Overview
This guide explains how to set up your Microsoft 365 work email in the Outlook app on an Android device.
Step 1 – Install Outlook
Open the Google Play Store.
Search for Microsoft Outlook.
Tap Install.
Open the app once installed.
Step 2 – Sign In with Your Work Account
Tap Add Account.
Enter your work email address (e.g., name@pgsgroup.com).
Tap Continue.
Enter your company password.
Complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) if required.
You may need to:
Approve sign-in via Microsoft Authenticator
Enter a verification code
Setup Complete
After setup, you will have access to:
Email
Calendar
Contacts
Attachments
Troubleshooting
Common issues include:
MFA not approved
Incorrect password
Device not compliant
