Outlook Setup for Work Accounts on Android

Overview

This guide explains how to set up your Microsoft 365 work email in the Outlook app on an Android device.

Step 1 – Install Outlook

  1. Open the Google Play Store.

  2. Search for Microsoft Outlook.

  3. Tap Install.

  4. Open the app once installed.

Step 2 – Sign In with Your Work Account

  1. Tap Add Account.

  2. Enter your work email address (e.g., name@pgsgroup.com).

  3. Tap Continue.

  4. Enter your company password.

  5. Complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) if required.

You may need to:

  • Approve sign-in via Microsoft Authenticator

  • Enter a verification code

Setup Complete

After setup, you will have access to:

  • Email

  • Calendar

  • Contacts

  • Attachments

Troubleshooting

Common issues include:

  • MFA not approved

  • Incorrect password

  • Device not compliant
