(de)activate timber codes
Timber codes are created in the PGS SAS database entity 1, see: https://www.getitdone.be/knowledge/article/1208
In all other entities, timber codes can only be activated or deactivated, not created.

you can search the timber code you are looking for by means of any combinations of filters. If you untick the box 'Active timber codes only, you will also see the for this entity inactive timber codes in grey.

You can select one code and (de)activate it by (un)ticking the box.

Once activated, you can manage the 'via' code and the order size in your own entity.

Wood codes that are linked to a composition cannot be deactivated. An inactive wood code cannot be set if another code is ordered via this code.
Inactive wood codes can no longer be used in a composition. As a result, this wood code will no longer be displayed in the wood order proposal. It is not possible to order or sell an inactive wood code. (except by manually placing an invoice order).
