Input machine - 'stopped'

When the machine sends a STOP signal, this tick mark appears.

It is reset to 0 when the machine starts running again.

I believe this is simply a status indicator showing that the machine has received a STOP signal; it doesn’t do much else.

It has no effect on the daily reports; only malog is used for these.
