Calculation of Recalculated Price in Wood Order Entry

The RecPrice is calculated as follows:

(Purchase price * invoice size / stock size of the wood)

+ soaking surcharge (either from the supplier if checked, or from parameters, or not applied if the wood is not soaked)

+ possible stacking cost (oplatkost) from the supplier record

+ transport cost per mΒ³ (= Transport cost / Optimal order quantity), where the transport cost is the cost defined per loading address.

β†’ If the optimal order quantity is not entered, β€œ0” euros will be used for the transport cost. I therefore think this cost is not included, since the optimal order quantity is not entered.

+ nFee (numme.Z2929 + numme.Z2906: if supplier = β€œROD BY”)

Then ePack will look into the history for this wood code and supplier.

Three costs are retrieved from this history.

If history exists, ePack will use the most recent entry.

If no history exists, these costs are not included.

These historical costs are:

  • fixed cost per mΒ³ (hisbe.Z39)
  • handling cost (hisbe.Z40)
  • shipping cost (hisbe.Z41)

By clicking with the right mouse button on a line in the history of timber orders, you also get the calculation for this line.
