2.3 Reasons for removing a barcode from stock

Here you can manage the reasons for removing a barcode from stock.  More specifically, you can tick the "IM" column, which stands for "internal movement". When you recut, transform or degrade boards (chamfering), you need to delete the original barcodes and make new ones. On the other hand, you need to indicate that these are volumes that have in fact already entered your stock, and you need to avoid the situation where, when scanning the new barcodes, these transformed volumes are considered as new volumes and are added to the reception figures. These are duplicates that distort the purchasing statistics.

So all the reasons for removing barcodes from stock that actually represent a barcode replacement should be ticked as "IM".
