Ticom is leading in putting xml messages on the following / a path which needs to be entered in the epack Master path locations. 

ePack will assign the message to the correct entity, based on the VAT, which needs to be correctly entered here:

Execution during the daily processing.

in the target entity, the following path with rootpath in front need to be entered:

Processing also from import path to processed path during daily processing service.

The box 'confirmed by supplier' for suppliers with communication via TIMBERTEC is ticked on the basis of XML messages, sent from Ticom. You cannot manually manage it. When the order is confirmed, the Ticom order number is displayed in the column 'short note'.

Confirmed: updates to Ticom are no longer possible

Not confirmed: updates to Ticom are still/again possible

On the basis of the filter in overview timber orders, you can see which orders have been confirmed, and which haven't.
