1/ Settings in ePack:
on the supplier file:
Path XML => \\PGS-TIMBERTEC19\Exchange\Internal orders IN is the path where the order will be placed for Ticom to import.
on the level of the timber code: a purchase price line should be entered with the corresponding ticom product code.
MIND it is this code that determines the order size in Ticom NOT the size that is manually entered as order size and invoice size. If the order size is not correct, you need to use another Ticom product code.
For longer dimensions, fill in the 2400 length in the price line so that it is automatically included in the order.
2/ Creating an order
you can only enter one delivery date per order. Once you entered on line, ePack is proposing the same date by itself.
When changing one date, epack will ask whether you want to change the dates for the complete order.
it is consequently no longer possible to copy lines with other delivery dates and add them to the same order.
The price in the epack order is leading and will be imported into Ticom. It is not possible to send orders with a '0' price.
3/ Order updates
Order updates always need to be sent from the side of ePack.

size => MIND if you want to change the order size you should not simply overtype it in the order, but use another Ticom product code.

You can send an update as long as the order is not confirmed. Once it is confirmed you can no longer send updates, see Order confirmation sawmill PGS Beynel
Also, once deliveries have taken place on the order, you can no longer send updates (which is logic, status will be confirmed)
4/ delete an order
It is not possbile to send a cancellation of a complete order from epack to Ticom. In that case, the order needs to be manually deleted on each side.
