Fill in the team leader and date.
A/ Fill in the data in the first grid:
Mach: fill in the machine.
Team: fill in which team.
Composition type: fill in which composition. You can only select compositions that are planned on this machine:
Changeover/production: fill in what they did “produce” or “changeover”. When it is a changeover, select the following component.
Info: fill in information about this action if necessary.
From - to: the time they spent on this action.
Produced: the number of pallets produced in the specified period.
The last three columns are filled in automatically.
Continue to refill the lines until all production time is accounted for on each machine.
B/ Fill in the stationary phases
Mach: fill in machine
Team: fill in which team
From – To: the time they spent on this break
Description: description of standstill – info
Type: type of standstill – F4 and choose which one
C/ Fill in the workers
Code: The names of the people who participated in the action on this line
Coefficient: The time this person worked on this action
Note: 1 = number of hours entered on screen 1 for this line (From-To)
For example: FROM – 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (30-minute break)
1 = 8 hours
0.5 = 4 hours
You can copy workers if they are the same:

D/ Fill in secondary activities
Activity: F4 and choose the secondary activity
Compo: fill in if it concerns a compo, otherwise skip
De-Ju: the time he needed for this action
Code: the name of the person who did this activity
There is also a way to add secondary activities that return every day/every week, so you don't have to enter it every day. This via the program where you enter the different teams.
