Internal (UPS) and external (intergroup) orders for PGS Beynel saw mill- import
1/ Settings:
1/ path where to find the imported files = \\PGS-TIMBERTEC19\exchange\Internal orders IN (no error handling at the moment, file is moved from \\PGS-TIMBERTEC19\exchange\Internal orders IN to \\PGS-TIMBERTEC19\exchange\Internal orders IN\2025\01\17 even if the import failed.)
2/ ILN number on the customer file needs to be filled in!!
If the legal address is different from the default delivery address , the ILN must be filled in on the level of the delivery address in Ticom!!
3/ The ticom product codes need to be mapped in the list of external codes:
2/ Order import
The orders are identified by means of their status as:
Internal Import
External import
the user is TT_autovorgang
Prices are imported, epack is leading
the ePack PO number is adopted as reference
3/ Updates
Updates should be sent from ePack They can be identified by
Int FI
Ext FI
4/ Product not found!
if the Ticom product code is wrong or missing from the mapping list of external codes, Ticom will not find it and will display the following code:
the code needs to be corrected in the epack order, or added to the mapping list. Then, the order should be sent again from epack to refresh the order.
5/ Status: confirmed
once an order is considered as ok, the status can be changed to confirmed. Once confirmed, imports from ePack are no longer possible!! An xml message will be created and put on the following path: \\PGS-TIMBERTEC19\Exchange\Order xml export see example attached. status = 1
If necessary, the status can be reset to 'not confirmed' to allow an update. An xml message will be created and put on the following path: \\PGS-TIMBERTEC19\Exchange\Order xml export see example attached, status = 0
Once deliveries have taken place on one line of an order, no updates should be allowed anymore!
6/ transport cost
the setting of the transport costs is the same as for manually entered orders. When the order is confirmed, the transport cost line will appear.
7/ Deleting a full order
orders cannot completely be deleted from epack. In this case, the order needs to be deleted on both sides.
8/ Adjustments
the price can be changed exceptionally in Ticom by changing the user to a Ticom user (eg Karen Brochard). No need to reset the user to Autovorgang again, updates can be done.
