Input repairs

Input repairs / Réparations des entrée / Invoer reparaties / Eingabe-Reparaturen

The broken pallets that are put in stock after the sorting report has been processed (Sorting report) need to be transfered into pallets in good condition after being repaired. This can be done in the following screen: 

(1) If you enter, the current year will automatically be filled in

(2) The entry of repairs is done per specification, so you need to fill in or select the specification

(3) If there are more then one reconditioning branch in your entity, you can select one branch

• You click on the next available line. 
• The branch you are logged into appears automatically. 
• The line number will be assigend automatically
• You need to enter the week 
• You need to select the repair station
• all other columns can be skipped
• until the column 'Ready': here you entere the amount of pallets repaired
• a pop-up will appear where you can indicate

(1) if you used the same or other specifications to repair these 60 pallets

(2) how many pallets you repaired + used to repair

(3) whether you used broken pallets or possibly good ones

=> OK

the line is now finished

your stock will be adjusted according to the data you entered in the pop-up:

the damaged pallets will be deleted from stock with reference to the line information of your repairs: 

the amount of pallets repaired are entered in your stock, also with reference to the repair line information:

The lines may pile up after some time, so you can hide lines by unticking the box 'Show all order lines'

or by entering one specific/the current week in the filter:

After the repairs are entered for stock purposes, the daily repairing report needs to be entered for reporting purposes. See Input repairs per day per shift
